About Me

Hello and welcome to my site!

I’m Anita, and here’s a little about me…

After graduating from York University with a BA in Mass Communications and a Professional Certificate in Marketing, I decided I should study even MORE! On to Humber College I went.  I obtained my web and graphic design diplomas there, but nothing compares to holding a paintbrush bursting with colour, letting your imagination run wild on canvas or paper. It’s just not the same as working in front of screen.  You will find some of my work here!

Working at a University, I gained a lot of experience assisting Professors with their eCourses, and I was inspired to create my own course – “Raising Money-Savvy, Financially Literate Kids: Teaching Kids to Make Every Cent Count.” As a mom of two little boys I am very concerned about their financial future, given the state of the economy today. By helping our children develop a healthy relationship with money and by teaching them about financial literacy now, they are more likely to go to grow into financially independent adults that make responsible decisions. And that’s what we want for them. We want them to be able to save for their first car and their first home and not struggle to do so. I’ll help show you how. Let’s go! Check out my course below:
